"Placed a mobile order for pickup, went to the drive-thru and was told to get out and come inside to pickup my order. First time that has happened. If I wanted to go inside I would have walked inside to place my order because the app is only about 90% worth anything."
"food was good i got a burger and mashed potatoes. weird combo but it was good. sweet tea was good which is important especially since i am a mississippian. the woman was nice and patient with us and gave us the combo to help us save money which was nice and she made conversation with us it was uplifting i love jack’s now one thing though is they should have mozarella sticks on their menu it would be a really good addition i wish they had them"
"The store was not very busy at this particular time. The person taking our order didn't seem very engaged.Kinda like taking our order was a hassle. Also I felt we got shorted on the fries, but they were fresh. And that pretty much concluded the experience."
"Sat in line over 20mins just to get food. The customer service is horrible. Staff members are definitely young kids who don’t want to work. 3/10 I would not recommend for dinner. I would also not recommend breakfast bc it was cold and the food was all thrown together. The food was also cold. They didn’t cook the food with any love."
