"It took a while in the drive thru to get a Big Mac and two hamburgers. They seemed to be having difficulties from what we were hearing from the car. The sprite and the fries were good. The sweet tea was awful - not sweet. The hamburgers had cheese, and were not suppose to, and when we went to pull off the cheese, we found the patties stone cold. Total waste of money and time."
"Husband called me after he placed order inside. Manager and employees were yelling and screaming at each other. Husband waited 45 minutes for food that was never made. Manager had major attitude when my husband asked for money back. Police were pulling up as my husband was leaving. This McDonald's is trash."
"Place is good and food was good. Serving was v bad. Took forever to have just 3 meals. Servers are not friendly."
"Went through the drive-thru on my way to Mulga. Just needed something to drink. Ordered a Sprite and service was great. The lady at the pickup window was very nice and did thank me! It was a pleasant stop on my trip."
"This is one of the worst McDonalds locations I’ve ever been to. I ordered a large caramel iced coffee through the mobile app and picked it up in the drive through. When I arrived, the lady had a super rude tone and told me that the drive through I went through was closed (even though there wasn’t a sign)! When I got the iced coffee she was nice, but the way she spoke to me over the speaker was incredibly rude. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but it seems like several other customers are having the same issue. The thing I’m most frustrated with is the quality of the iced coffee. IT WAS AWFUL! I love McDonalds iced coffee… it’s the only place I get it. I have no idea what they did wrong to make it taste so terrible, but there were CLUMPS of caramel on the bottom, it was watered down, and had a really off taste to it. Maybe they need to clean the machine. They also didn’t shake it…. look at the photos. I’ll never be back to this location and will be sure to fill out a request for a refund."
