"No matter how busy they are, they are always polite and kind. The order is right and they smile. These seem like small things but with the cost of everything going up, I want to spend my money somewhere where I feel appreciated and not as a burden. Plus, I love coffee. And they make great coffee. I've got to get the ladies name that works the drive-thru and knits hats bc she goes out of her way to make sure your order is right, ahe smiles, and she is very personable. The drive thru may look a mile long but they work fast here and it may only take a few minutes to get your order. Fabulous."
"Every time I come here i'm always greeted with a smile! It's always a clean environment and the music is always upbeat and fun. The person who took my order was very easy going and patient with me as I tend to be indecisive at times because I'm still new to trying Starbucks. They made sure to tell me all the options I could choose from as well as laughed and joked with me and made me feel at ease. It's my favorite location to visit. And I can't wait to go there again next time I'm in town. By the way, I swear they put crack in those chocolate Chip cookies because they are completely addictive. Me and honey have to have one every time we come! How on earth do they get it so buttery and soft?! Deliciousness like that should be illegal."
"Show up about 10 minutes early to see my food sitting on the counter. I move patiently to the side to wait for the 2 drinks that go with them. 15 min later people have just come and gone. I asked where my drinks were and they were sitting behind the counter the whole time instead of next to the food. Got home 5 minutes away and food was already cold and drinks were warm. Thankfully the drinks and food were for others so I didn't have to eat or drink that experience."
"Clean facility but usually - slow service. This location can oftentimes be packed and drive through is wrapped around building. Don’t let it’s location just off the interstate fool you. The stoplights along Lakeshore Parkway are ill-timed so it can take you a while just to get to this Sbux. Though I have had *some* positive interactions with the employees, rarely do you get a greeting, a smile, a thank you, or an update if your order is taking longer than usual to process."
