"the only reason why someone thinks this place is any good is because they don't know what good food is. I finally decided to try Guthrie's again after years of avoiding. Everyone said it was so good. Well, I should have trusted myself. This place is terrible, nearly inedible. If I hadn't ate in, I would have taken it back for a refund. The food is super greasy, even for fried food. The chicken is a little overcooked and too salty. The fries are WAY too greasy. They apparently don't keep their oil hot enough. If you want good fried chicken, go to Caine's."
"The staff had great personalities and the food was great. But after I ordered they told me I should have gotten this family meal deal that would have been cheaper. No such thing was listed on the menu board and I would have saved $10 If I would have known about it earlier. But overall it was a great experience and the wait time was minimal"
"Great experience. Was greeted as soon as I walk through the door.The cashier was waiting at the register and took my order as soon as I was ready. Extremely clean store, great staff and I was in and out in 7 minutes flat. Got a Guthrie's box. The food was hot and fresh. Everything was perfectly seasoned but I'm sure someone will complain about the fries not being salted but they offer you salt if needed. You can always add salt but you can't take it away. Lookout Chick-fil-A"
