Sonic Drive-In

"Just before closing we pulled in and had a complicated milkshake order. The young dude who took our order was flat out awesome. His attitude was top notch. He was friendly, personable and stopped what he was doing to help."

"We ate lunch here today. My friend ordered the coney dog, tater tots, and lemonade. I had a double cheeseburger, cheddar peppers, and lemonade. The food was hot and tasted great. The board had something nasty stuck on it and my friend used hand sanitizer after placing our order. I was asked whether it wanted a small or large double cheeseburger. I didn't know what the difference was because they only showed one on the board. So I just said large. I forgot to ask for no onions, so I had to pick them off my hamburger. It was messy because there was plenty of ketchup and mayonnaise and a piece of lettuce. That sandwich was a meal in itself. The cheddar peppers aren't hot themselves. The cheese lays on top of the pepper under a crispy coating. The cheese is really hot in the pocket at the bottom towards the last bite. They serve ranch dressing with it. The lemonade is the real thing. It is fresh and tart, just like you would expect."

"Was not feeling my best today and I wanted something cold to drink. I pulled out my phone to do an order from Sonics. I got a cranberry shake while at Walmart so it would be sure to be ready when I arrived. I pull in and on 1 side every screen is out. I pull around cautiously to see if this side was working also and it was. Pulled up the app to check in screen pops up your order is in the kitchen. I waited for a while and then it says Aaron is on his way. I sat there another 15 min and I pushed the red button and out comes the young man with the tray full of orders and drinks and I just knew it was mine so I waited. He passed me by and went to the other side so I waited. He came through flipping the tray and I yelled hey!! He says ma'am I'm sorry I'm about to take your order im BY MYSELF!! I REALLY DO APOLOGIZE. AT Thus point it didn't even matter bc he had a entire row of customers and He was WORKING HARD!!!! If this type of dedication is not publicly recognized idk what kind of company or owner this is and I will personally NEVER eat there again. Congratulations AARON OVER IN NORTHPORT ON LURLEEN. KEEP STRIVING YOUNG MAN. YOU ARE SOME KIND OF SPECIAL..."

"I've been eating here for 6 years since I've lived in Northport,Al... I have no complaints until today. I went and got my son a chicken strip meal and the tenders are absolutely hard and taste like card board. Im disappointed i wasted money and time."

"As usual the service here is VERY slow. Which is why I always reluctantly come here unless I just want a milkshake (which can also take 30 minutes.) Beside that fact, I visited the other day to grab a bite with my cousin. I have this Express Discount Card which I bought from a fundraiser my sister was doing that I have used a couple times there. The discount on the card for Sonic is a "Free Single Patty Burger with the purchase of another." Which is quite a deal because they have decently sized burgers. I order the #1 (which is a single patty burger) and proceed to tell them I have the discount card. They tell me that they don't accept those anymore. I tell them that I've used it here before at this location and explain it again just in case they think it's something other than what I had. Again, they told me that they don't accept them (rudely, might I add). So, I'm just like whatever and get the meal without the extra burger. What kind of company signs up for a discount card (which hasn't yet expired, it expires 11-1-2018) and then tells customers that they can't use it?! Ridiculous!"
