"Booked service online for Friday. No one ever showed. Called only to be told they were busy for the rest of the day. Called Saturday was told they didn't service my area. Then they called back and said someone would be out. He came an determined he couldn't do the job. Said he talked with dispatch and they would be sending someone out Monday. Called Monday and now they don't service my area again. Mind you they have provided service to my residence before. Also I see their truck in my town."

"Andrew handled the installation and did a great job! 5 star employee working for a 1 star company, that is why I gave this 1 star. I have gone through several company's trying to get this water heater installed and I finally call them because they could do the electrical and plumbing. My wife has to be at cancer center tomorrow and I had run out of options to get both plumbing and electrical done. They charged me $1800 to install a water heater that I already had. Since I was out of time I paid their price. Will be the last penny they ever see from me. They might have used $100 in parts. I feel this a very unethical company that is out to gouge every penny they can from their customers with no regard for what would be a reasonable fee for the installation."
