"worst managed Dunkin I've ever been too. I don't think it's anything to do with employees, problem is with it's management and/or corporate. always out of everything you order. always short staffed. will lock doors and won't let you in for a walk-in mobile order, so you have to wait in line for your walk-in mobile order. it's a 50/50 if your food is cold."

"This place literally never has anything you order. We’ve been a handful of times and every time they’re always having to substitute something because they’re out of stock of what we actually wanted, which is insanely frustrating when you order online ahead of time and wait in the drive through for 20 minutes (because they are also notoriously slow), only for them to notify you that they are out of stock once you get to the window. Also, employees who gave us our food at the window today were quite rude. Lots of areas this establishment needs to improve upon."
"Next time I go I’ll have pics. Came in for a box of donuts and had coupon for a free iced coffee. Had the vanilla and pecan, they were really good. I only asked for 2 pumps instead of the usually 3 and that was still sweet for me. Employees were nice and store looked clean. 6:00 am visit - Pumpkin Muffin is soft, fresh and Yummy. Coffee was great!"
