They also recommended a selection of fabrics. I was especially lucky because the fabric I needed was on sale for 50% off. The store seemed well maintained great place for Fabric and Craft supplies."

"This Joanns feels a little smaller with less options than some that I'm used to, but the shelves are organized and the clearance section usually has something I get. It could be better staffed, especially when it comes to having fabric cut. I wouldn't go fabric shopping with a time restraint."

"The store was clean & organized. The isles were uncluttered and wide. Their electric cart was fully charged and accessible. There was no one to check us out, and it took several minutes for someone to show up. She was not friendly. She did not engage others in conversation or act in s as pleasant way."

"Really disappointed in my "buy online, pick up in store" experience at this location. I had placed a pick up order for a few items around 3pm thinking I'd stop and get them after work (around 5:30). The website was running a promotion of 15% off if you picked up in store plus some other promotions. When I got there, they said my order wasn't ready. That's fine it had only been a couple of hours. I asked if I could just go grab the items myself since I had already paid for them and the woman said if I wanted to do that I would have to cancel my order and pay the store price. Wouldn't match the prices online. So since it was a pretty considerable difference, I asked when my order would be ready. She said she had no idea and that it wasn't even in their system yet. So I resigned myself to having to make the 20 minute drive again the next day. Well, I get home and see that my order was ready 10 minutes after I left the store. If I had known that, I would have just waited. The stores need to have a better way of receiving/ checking/processing pick up orders if that's a service they're going to offer."

"Now open! Nice interior, and easy parking. Big step up from their old location at the Concord Mall. Right next to Staples. They have a creator studio, online ordering pickup, and spacious interior. Bathrooms are decent."
