"Priced my daughter's ears and one was way off the marked spot"
"I was an employee of Claire's in goshen and the store manager was nasty to me started drama with me and other workers. Called me all hours of the night complaining to me about her personal life. Has a violent background. I will not work for this company again and even customers saw how she treated us. I do not reccomend going to this store. They are unprofessional and do not seem to care about customers."
"If a child is crying and refusing to get their ears done you guys should be adults and stop the parents from having the earrings put in! Until that child can calm down or ask the parents to come back another day"
"On Sunday I went there to get my sister piercing done, then I saw there was a lady getting her daughter piercing done. The lady that works there was making too much marking in her daughter ears not in the right place the mom had a weird feeling and didn’t like what was going on so she told the worker that she didn’t feel comfortable having them do her daughter ear pierced then the worker told her that she has only been doing piercing for a month and try to make her still pay for the earrings. After everything I saw I didn’t feel comfortable having my sister get her ear pierced done so I told her never mind. In my opinion you should have someone who been doing them for long time to be with them and if so you should tell people first that you only been doing them for a month."
"Came in in the afternoon right as she was closing the gate. Asked if they were closed for the rest of the day, she said "just for a couple of minutes". This was the only time I had to get something, so I waited. And waited. "Couple of minutes" turned into 40 minutes. Could of just said closing for lunch."
