"I attempted to use this shop for deer collision repair (insurance claim). It started out fine, but ended with us taking the vehicle to another repair facility due to an excessive supplemental repair report they filed. Followed by "I never wanted to fix this car to begin with." Then charged me $500 as a "tear down" fee that had to be paid before I could collect my vehicle and transport to another local facility. I will NEVER give them my business in the future, nor recommend this chain to anyone I know."
