"Holy hack job Batman (see pics) Free duck tape with purchase Installed a new furnace 2 years ago needed service no heat and they refused to come service it. I was asked by the owner if I know who installed it of course I don’t remember who installed it since I didn’t know who installed it he refused to service the unit after getting him the original receipt and multiple phone calls I had to spend $500 on emergency service because he won’t answer my phone calls. It was found no condensation trap was installed along with multiple other install errors"
