"The quality of the work is great but the owner Steve is a less than honest individual. I will not be returning. What they meant to say is they found somebody who would do the same quality of work for cheaper. Or should I tell the story about the ball joint you told me not to replace that fell apart in my hands so in order to protect the safety of your customer I replaced it and then I lost my job! I wouldn't let them work on my Ex-wifes car. Plus it's a bunch of drunks that work there anyways. Yes I am recovering alcoholic! Yes I am still sober!"
