"Came out to my boyfriends house to fix a water valve, didn't do it correctly. Took a week to urge the guy to come out and fix it. Told my boyfriend he forgot about him, said he would be backon a certain date my boyfriend was running a minute late to meet them to fix what they didn't do correctly and they had left after1 minute of waiting. Do not recommend no sense of customer service."
"I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the plumbers who came to my house! I called about a cracked shower pipe in my basement and in one hour I had plumbers at my house fixing the issue!! No diagnostic fees or emergency service fees, I just showed them the issue and it was fixed. Also they saw another issue with a different pipe and offered to fix that too. They were friendly and professional and the price was very reasonable!!! I would definitely recommend and call them again. Do yourself a favor, save time and call this company for your plumbing issues!! Thank you for the wonderful service!!!"
"Excellent plumbing repair in Sturgis MI! I called to see what they could do for clogged drain, and they had a tech here within a few hours. There was no minimum charge, the tech quoted a price, I agreed to it, and he fixed the problem right away. The tech was clean, courteous, and someone I was comfortable having in our home. He left the area cleaner than when he arrived. The customer service person on the phone was great, and communicated each step of the way. They just won my repeat business!"
