"Tried to return pop bottles glass bottle machine unsafe. It will spit bottles back to you. If you do not put your hand over machine bottle will fall and break if glass would fall and break is a hazard. Bottles bought in store machine did not accept. Talk to customer service said it was not programmed in machine to accept How is coke and Budweiser not accept in machine I asked to see manager who was about 60 yards away from customer service desk. Said I was busy and will be there when I can dealing with money Very unprofessional When explained what machine was doing I said if you sell it you are responsible to accept bottles. I was told no place to store them I said take code off bottle and program it in. I was told only service company can do that and I should take bottle somewhere else I left my bottle on counter and said give me money you owe me After waiting 20 minutes in line 1/4 of my bottle would not be accept in machine then told to go some where else when I asked to talked to her manager I was told busy if I wanted to talk to some one higher up call 1800 Walmart so I did. Very poor customer service and will never go again"
