"Progressive called these clowns to tow my vehicle, they showed up hours later and then towed my vehicle to the wrong location. Save yourself the trouble, don’t let your insurance use the cheapest towing company, pick one yourself."

"I can’t emphasize enough how great of a company this is. As a small trucking company with a major breakdown far from home. Randy told me he would get it done for me as promised. He put his two best mechanics on it immediately after arriving at his shop. Parts were obtained through a local dealer. Picked up by Randy’s! Even with the difficulties of removal of rusted parts. They still got the job done! Most places were a week out to diagnose. Randy understood what makes small companies like mine tick. Jim worked through lunch to get me going and make my delivery appointment on time 700+ miles away. Thank you doesn’t do enough. His repair bill was also lower than industry standards and less than quoted. All with OEM parts. They also provide top notch towing services. I know that’s who I will be calling for all of my repairs in Niles, MI. area! Thank you again! JME Trucking Inc."

"We called Randy's on Thursday morning 0800 on 2/27/2020 after we had a semi break down on the highway. They said that the they would be able to tow the vehicle and repair it either that day to get it back on the road but at the latest Friday. I spoke with the secretary and advised her we would pay by visa either in person or over the phone since we are based out of Iowa, she advised that would work. Here I am on Sunday afternoon writing this review after finally getting to pay for our truck and two days after they guaranteed it to be fixed. They didn't get it fixed in the timely manner that they said they would. They charged extra to repair parts that any mechanic would know is just part of fixing what was broken(the differential seal kit). Not sure what parts cost in that area of the country however if they are that expensive then what we can buy them at home in Iowa we need to start hauling semi loads of semi drive line parts to that area so others don't have to experience what we have. After a bill that is conservatively 4 times higher than it would be in Iowa they wanted to charge an extra 4% just to pay for an all ready outlandish bill. They refused to take payment over the phone( mind you talking to the secretary initially she said that we could do that) then they only would accept limited payment (basically cash). After our driver finally pickup up the truck, the mechanic didn't even put the chrome hub covers and lug nut covers back on the truck. After this horrible experience we just wanted to get our truck out of there, so the driver put the covers on himself. We also asked for an itemized receipt that we have yet to receive because the receipt they gave our driver is not itemized at all. This place is a scam and they know how to work the system, get your truck in fast, take it a part, and then screw over their customer. These guys are joke and I honestly hope people will google them and read the reviews before having services done here. We priced this out before we called them to see what it would have cost to just send a tow truck from Iowa to get him back. We could have paid for the tow to and from Indiana plus repair the Semi and still saved money from what this place cost us."
