Matt called the next day, Tuesday and told me what was wrong with my car in detail. He gave me a quote and I was able to pick up my car the very next day. "My normal mechanic wasn’t able to fit my son’s car in this week. I really wanted to get his oil changed and car inspected in preparation for two weeks of commuting 4+ hrs/day to complete certification for his new job. I called Marsh Auto Repair and they were able to fit him in. Their customer service rep was helpful and friendly. A few hours after our scheduled appointment, I received a text with a like to a detailed report of the work that was done, the work that needed to be done soon and work that is suggested to be done in the near future. Everything was easy to understand and pictures were included. With just the click of a button I was able to see the estimated cost and approve repairs to be done. When I called with a couple of questions they were answered quickly and in a professional but friendly manner. I couldn’t be more pleased or impressed.
