Not only was she great, the prices are very reasonable.They sent me a picture today,( before they delivered it), of it finished. Absolutely beautiful! "I have ordered flowers here for several years. This year their people taking orders over the phone cannot follow instructions. Their website does not work right. Placing an order was strenuous. It should be fast. Companies insist on hiring young people because they are cheap. They get what they pay for. The flowers were not pretty. Matzke ruined our anniversary this year. They did give a refund, which hardly makes up for it."
