"I realized the main stone in my engagement ring had come loose, the day before I was leaving for my out of state wedding. When I contacted the jeweler where the ring was purchased, they told me it would take 4 WEEKS to fix! I called 14 Karat jewelers, 20 minutes before they were about to close. In a panic, I told them my situation and asked if they could help me. They told me to come in so they could look at the ring. The jeweler was able to my fix my ring and even cleaned it for me. He told me two of the prongs were bent so he fixed them and lowered them to not go above the diamond so they wouldn’t get caught anymore.
