"I can't thank Shant Demirjian at Mastercraft jewelers enough. I drove over an hour without calling first to see if they could authenticate my first Omega Seamaster. Not only did he call the store's authenticator, who was off that day, he took detail photos of the watch and passed on the information. The authenticator assured me on the phone in the store that this was an authentic Seamaster. I tried to compensate them for their time and me not even setting up an appointment for them to look at the watch but they wouldn't let me. On top if that, they cleaned my ring as well. I will drive the hour plus to see them again. Much appreciation to all the staff."
