"I recently purchased an engagement ring from this store and received great customer service at the time of the sale. Unfortunately, the ring I purchased began to form an “Oval Shape” over the past two months, resulting in the loss of two diamonds on the band. I walked into the store and was expecting the great customer service i received when I bought the ring, but I was completely wrong. Mary Ann greeted me by making the quick accusation that my fiancé squashed the ring, without any review of the ring. The manager Phillip then came to my attention, stating the same thing! After arguing with Phillip, he finally offered to review the ring and see what he could do. Phillip offered a repair option but he could not offer any warranty, even though my receipt has a one year warranty on it! He then stated that’s all he could do and I would have to contact corporate for any further assistance! My fiancé is now stuck with an engagement ring that is damaged, with no concrete direction to go. Please do not buy an engagement ring from this place! I am not one to usually post reviews, but I would not like anyone to be in the situation I am currently in because of this purchase."

The 4 of us found the perfect wedding ring to match the engagement ring. They even sized the engagement ring in record time. They made absolutely sure we were happy. "We wanted to purchase a pair of earrings. The managers Phillip and MaryAnn were laughing in our faces. We asked for a magnifying glass to look at the diamonds, and they insisted that the woman we were buying for "Only wanted diamonds because they're shiny and sparkly," as if the details don't matter. They took us for fools. When you're spending a lot of hard-earned money for a gift, the details DO matter. I don't expect this place to be better next time, so we will not be returning."

"Awesome place to buy jewelry. Searched several different stores for chains and crosses and Livonia Jewelry exchange has the best deals and selection by far. Ended up coming back for wedding rings. Staff is wonderful and they do not work on commission so there is no pressure to buy anything. Everyone is also very knowledgeable on jewelry. Have layaway and always works with the customer. I will buy all of my jewelry here from now on."
