"Walking in there all the way to walking out was such a wonderful experience. I had gone in originally to see what it would take to repair my husbands grandmothers ring. The gentleman took such great care looking it over and assessing the work that actually needed to happen to have it back to good. However while I was in there I asked that he give me a quote on that it would cost to have a missing side diamond on my engagement ring replaced. He not only offered to replace the stone but also have the bands tarnish buffed out all the settings checked for a really decent price. I got my ring back yesterday and it looked brand new and all the diamonds were sparkly again. The customer service at this Medawar was top notch and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to you for any jewelry purchase."

"What to say and where to start... My first ring shopping experience started and ended here. Medawar will always hold a special place in my heart and awesome memory! This summer, I went in for the first time browsing with my pinterest board of "dear future husband" rings. Mike and Stephen were at the counter, kind and exceptional customer service! (Name exchanges beforehand) One of the rings was not carried in the store, but Mike knew his job. From there, he took the lead and led me to the counter of NoamCarver. (That was a wrap for me) 2 ring options were first pulled, Mike's choice and mine. Secretly, I think Mike knew which choice I was going to end up choosing. Halos are common choices. That's what I picked out. We spent time talking about both rings, etc. Emails next about maybe doing some changes to one ring (THANKFULLY THAT DIDNT HAPPEN!), another visit with my partner to make an introduction (Mike & Stephen) and the rings, then some more emails (maybe more from me hehe).
