"Our experience with Steve and the crew was a rollercoaster to say the least. The crew had to install 3 different liners due to wrinkles and tears in them, and a large leak in the first one. We did swim last summer but spent an arm and a leg refilling the water and dumping chemicals due to the leak in the liner. They came to install the third liner and of season and what we were left with after over a year of construction is a pool with the wrong liner design. Steve also left the job and refused to come back to reinstall the lights that he ripped out so we are stuck finding someone who will come and reinstall the lighting that got corroded from the liner leaking. We are also stuck finding someone to install the correct liner. Our cable line got cut 3 different times even though it was marked off before dig day. Many issues and at the end of the day the job was never completed. We liked Steve and the crew and they tried to right their wrongs for the most part but at the end of the day I would have paid more for less headaches and a completed pool."

"Steve did a great job installing a fiberglass pool in a small backyard. The finished pool is beautiful. In addition to the pool they installed all the concrete, an automatic pool cover and we used them to install all new Anderson windows in the home (they do construction work in the winter months to keep busy). I highly recommend Complete Pools. They do nice work and are easy to work with."
