"I called Drain Monkey for help as another plumbing company was going to come out for the 4th time to fix a clog in the elbow where the condenser tube from the AC/Furnace was going into. I called Tom with Drain Monkey on Monday, he sent out Mason on Tuesday to fix the problem, Mason assessed the situation and brought in a drill and auger to clear out the clog, Mason took care of the problem within 20 minutes! Needless to say….i cancelled the 4th appointment with the other plumbing company for Friday.
