"We used this sham of a company for our business and personal garbage removal after they acquired the company that did it previously. We thought they couldn't be that much different than what we had before, right? WRONG! They are among the RUDEST, nonchalantly abhorrent group of humans I have ever spoke with in my life. I could not recommend them less for both the commercial and the residential side. This company is out of NC and have service nationwide, so buyer beware! Go with someone local, go with someone competent- go with someone, ANYONE other than them."

"Trash pickup was supposed to be today. After a rough day at work, I find my trash GFL trash can is still at the end of my driveway where I left it and still full of trash. I later find out the garbage truck went sailing by my house without stopping. Not sure what’s going on but if they don’t come back tomorrow after calling them to pick it up, I am switching to Local Sanitation. Also, they charge an almost $5 fee to use their pay-by-phone service which is way to high since it’s a machine taking your payment."

"The driver's have broken one of my trash cans in the past and they always throw my trash can on the ground but stand my neighbors upright every time. I purchased my own and my neighbor has one of theirs. Very unprofessional. Also, I can't get ahold of anyone in the office to cancel my service."
