"The rental residence where I live needed furnace repair and the tech couldn’t figure it out and just kept guessing. Ended up getting a brand new motor which didn’t fix it after paying almost $600. He had to call another tech to come help only to then find out at the end that all along an electrician was needed to fix the wiring that goes to the furnace which was another cost. Very frustrating."

"We replaced our 30 year old boiler and hot water heater with a Bosch Greenstar combi unit. We also added a unit heater for the garage. Our experience with Sprays was excellent. Our technician Kyle did an outstanding job throughout the process. His workmanship is top notch, the mechanical room is neat and the wall hung boiler gives us all of the floor space. We can't tell when the new boiler is running because it's so quiet, but every zone holds the temperature it's set to and the hot water on demand is really nice."

"Last couple years very good service and response from old ownership. Added a heating zone to my garage ,replaced pump on boiler and helped me figure out what register covers I needed to replace rusty ones in my house. Asked for new owners to order me same covers to finish bathroom. No response ,stopped in to follow up. We can not order for you unless I pay them to install. A 5 minute job. Will nerver call them in future"
