"Great doing business with Werner, called them on a Sunday and they returned my call within two hours. Josh came out on Monday, he called before arriving. Josh was great, explained everything in detail and completed the work within two hours. He was very clean while working in the house and left nothing behind. Josh answered all my questions. I would recommend Werner."

"Called at 8 am and showed up at 10 am. Replaced my water pressure pump that was leaking water. Had the new water pressure pump installed and everything cleaned up about an hour. Couldn't say more about the experience, it was quick and very smooth process. I couldn't thank them enough for responding as quick as they did. Will definitely use them in the future."

"Cody had called prior to coming to the house and said that they don't normally do main drain clean out since they don't have the equipment to do so. He said it sounded more like a Septic tank issue, but he was willing to come out anyway to see what he could do, but no guarantee that he could fix the problem. He came out, and checked the Septic tank, found a blockage in the drain and was able to clear it after a few attempts using his small snake. Being it was after hours I knew there would be a $200 after hours service charge, plus service. He was here just over an hour, and charged over $750. He said we would receive a receipt by Email. It's been over 2 days, and no receipt. I feel he worked hard on the problem, however the cost of the service seems extravagant for time spent, to me. I would like to know why a receipt was not sent, and if there is any warranty on the repairs. As I said, I feel Cody did a good job, but the cost was excessive for time spent. Without a receipt for the work we don't know what we were charged for."
