"We scheduled Rose to pump our septic at our cottage. He could only pump when someone was at the house. We made a special trip - 4 hour drive to be here for the appointment. He was supposed to be on-site between 8-9. At about 9:30 we started calling to find out where they were . They never answered the phone, never called back. I teach at a university and had to reschedule my classes to accommodate this appointment, plus reschedule a couple of other appointments, not to mention the expense of gas to drive up and back home . Truly unprofessional!"

"Less than impressed..2nd time using this company, first time was almost flawless this time no communication and shorted me on porta pottys..knowing i had called several times trying to get toliets pumped (since they rented out my reserve toliets) i received NO response..when they showed up to get the porta pottys they took off as i walked across the yard to talk to them.. No communication No courtesy No return calls In my opinion their business policy ranks right up there with what they pump... WILL NOT USE AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND They were paid up front in cash and still didn't keep their word..a prime example of greed over honesty... This isnt how you treat customers if you expect them to return... I guess this is the treatment you get when you expect honesty from a business... Sorry but the truth is the truth if they wanted a positive review they would have done the job they were hired for..."

"We had an emergency septic issue Saturday night over Memorial Day weekend. I called them after a quick Google search. They answered right away and were out at 7am the next morning! We needed a plumber to fully resolve the issue and Rusty called them for us. Would definitely use them again!!"
