"Love this place. I’ve been renting for a year and am now looking to buy. Perfect for a single parent! Park and playground across the street, beautiful pool and outside areas. Neighbors are a community. I’m in a pool balcony unit and it feels like vacation everyday. Live music on the patio all summer. And the restaurant is great with terrific staff."
"Great condos with a nostalgic feel the manager Beth does a great job. And the security girl Beth does a great job too. Keep the right raf out.. we feel safe here and a beautiful view a Ross the river and park."
"Beautiful building, but managed poorly. Association board is slow to action on important issues such as false building wide fire alrms going off at all hours, bird infestation in the courtyard, and pet messes in the halls. Multiple people do not receive important emails from management company because they havent updated their technology and use outdated e-mail blasters. Definitely not worth the cost to buy or rent here."
