"The house is well appointed and has a great set up. The area is pleasantly quiet and it is a wonderful spot for a get away. Perfect for a family or two couples. The only downfall of the house is it only has one bathroom. Very clean!"

"Great location for a stay at Boyne Mountain directly next to the slopes with easy access to the bunny hill for the kids. Will be booking this exact location again."

"My wife rented a room at the Arrowhead Resort in Saugatuck for my birthday. We have stayed at Arrowhead before and it was absolutely lovely. Unfortunately we did not realize that we happened to rent the one unit there that is owned by Vacasa. Immediately upon entering it was clear that the unit had not been cleaned. The floor was filthy and there were multiple staples strewn about. All of the furniture was in disrepair, including the end tables for the couch that would have literally collapsed if you placed a plate or glass on them. The fridge was covered in red sauce, the shower had a hole in the wall- just completely disgusting. We attempted to contact Vacasa to resolve the solution but no matter how many times we called we were told that the local agent would be in contact soon- they were never in contact. After three hours of getting the runaround from them we finally decided to just drive home as there was no other places to rent in the whole town. We contacted Airbnb about the situation and their representative was horrified by the pictures, and have us a full refund. Vacasa of course did nothing. This company must be based in the bowels of Hades itself. Never rent from them, they are the downfall of the hospitality industry, the death knell of vacations. What a horrible experience."

"Our apartment absolutely reeked of dead fish--it was in no shape to be rented by anyone. Tried to cancel and obtain a full refund. Called the local Vacasa office and left several messages. They never got back to me. The corporate office was unhelpful. I rarely post online reviews, but have decided to make an exception here. Vacasa is a bad company and they do not deserve your business. Find another place to rent in Saugatuck."
