I would say Madison has done a fantastic job taking over the location, and definitely brought a lot of experience from the Muskegon location as well! "If your here for glass do yourself a favor and go to Torched on 8th ST where they know what there talking about! The employees here know absolutely nothing about the glass or glass accessories that they are selling especially the rig and bangers. They were arguing with me about something. I luckily brought my rig to make sure i got the right size. Once they saw that they were wrong they continued to argue. This place is ridiculous. Don’t bother asking the staff questions they will sell you the wrong thing unless YOU CATCH IT"
