"I go here all the time and its always a great experience with the gentleman who works here....tonight on the other hand when I went there the woman working the counter was not helpful at all. She was not knowledgeable with any of the products and could not answer any of the questions I had. I spent almost 200.00 dollars there tonight on tobacco vape pens and when I got home (an hr away) I realized I needed special batteries for my pens which for me is a huge inconvenience considering I now have to drive the hour back to the store to get these batteries. All of this could have been avoided if the employee working had some knowledge in the product that she's suppose to be selling. Very disappointed in my visit there tonight."
