"Absolutely incompetent in transferring prescriptions. Unable to follow through on simple requests. Have difficulty accessing their own records accurately. Inexperienced staff gave three different process explanations and then didn’t follow through on any. Dealing with any Meijer pharmacy has been difficult, this one is terrible."

That Pressure Washing Girl:

"It seems like every single time a prescription is called in either for myself or a family member, they NEVER check the prescription call-in line. Then when you call to check on your prescription, they either have an attitude because you know more about the situation than they do or they say NOPE! Ummm sorry, we don’t have anything for you today. Do your job you guys! If it’s to hard for you to check your voicemail or work in customer service then maybe you should find another job. So sick of the way you treat people. I definitely will be changing pharmacies."

"Terrible. Went for a booster. Signed up online. E mail said do not come early. When I got there had to fill out more forms. I came 5 minutes before appointment and had to wait 30 minutes. Brooke p told me Meijer double booked all apts she could not do anything about it. I said I had no way of letting corporate know the know I was not happy so maybe she should. I don't think she had any intention"

"Called on a Sunday about a refill, said they would contact Dr office. Had a death in the family and forgot about it, when I called the following Sunday, no prescription, they said they would call the Dr again. I contacted the Dr office and they said they had nothing from the pharmacy. Later that day I got a notice that the pharmacy had contacted the doctor ( after my 3rd contact with them) . I finally figured out that they give you notifications when they contact a Dr . My recommendation is to not trust them to call about refills do it yourself"
