Dave and all of the technicians and employees working in the area were personable, professional and welcoming as we waited...we were greeted with friendly hello's, offered a courtesy car ride, and water. I received text progress reports. The replacement was completed in about 1 1/2 hours. All employees were wearing masks, social distance signs were posted as well as other Covid-19 protocols. We had a good experience today."
