"I have been going to Belle Tire for a decade. Today I would have to say was my worst experience. After my car gets pulled into the bay I'm advised by Darren Edge, store manager that my car needs control arms replaced at the cost of additional $1200. I was fine with him pointing this out. What I wasnt okay with was him telling me he can't do an alignment unless I spend the $1200. Regardless they were fine putting 4 new tires on and had no problem taking the money for that. What Darren is unaware of is my mechanic is a certified Ford mechanic who looked at what Darren estimated and said no way that nuts. The certified Ford Mechanic advised me never to go back there. Thankfully there are trustworthy companies out there that completed my alignment."
"So disappointed with the Woodhaven store. Been a customer for long time and spent many thousands of dollars there. Walked into store at 0800 for tire rotation as they opened. They said should be 2-2.5 hours. I walked to the gym and returned at 1030. They said it will be another 2.5 hours because people with appointments jump ahead. I said that would have been nice to know 2.5 hours ago. Wasted my entire morning for nothing. I think they need a business practice review. If they had customers with appointments that were going to jump ahead of me shouldn’t I have been informed of that at 0800 and not 2.5 hours later? At Discount Tire now as I type this and vent. First world problem- I do realize that."
"Stopped in yesterday due to a fast-leaking tire. (It had picked up a razor blade.) I was very pleased with the quick turnaround! I've used this Woodhaven store for decades, and the staff are always courteous, professional, helpful and seem to really know their stuff."
"I had called the previous night and spoke to a manager and set and appointment for the morning. I arrived at 9am 1 hour after they opened. I needed 2 new front and had already made an appointment. They didn't finish my car until 7pm that same day. Lowest and slowest should be their anthem. Lowest price and slowest work speeds. I missed an entire day working"
"The Manager there Darrin, was just great as I scheduled my windshield replacement! I had no idea Belle Tire provided that service, but I was extremely pleased with the service and price! Everyone in the Woodhaven area and elsewhere should contact them at the Allen street location! I even got good hot coffee! Jerome Jackson"
