"Scheduling an appointment online was very easy. There was clear communication from Firestone afterwards via email and phone, and everyone I dealt with at the shop was very friendly. I feel the turnaround time was pretty good as well; just over an hour to install 4 new tires on my ‘09 HHR, as well as replace an inflation sensor and then do an alignment. I waited on-site til it was done and they communicated any changes or questions to me throughout the whole process. Will very likely be coming here again for future car repairs."

"I'm so angry and disappointed after my experience at this Firestone location on Monday 12/18/2023. I do not plan to ever return to this shop again. While having my brakes serviced for the *second time* in the last two years under warranty (this is obnoxious in itself - brakes should not have to be warrantied out that often), Firestone staff at the Woodhaven location told me that two of my tie rods needed to be replaced because they had gone bad. The cost for replacing them, including parts, labor and an alignment, was almost $700 -- nearly one month's rent for me. Also, during my previous service for my brakes under warranty, my car (which is a 2015) was erroneously listed in their system as a 2014, which could have been dangerous if the wrong parts had been put on my car. After taking it to another mechanic for a second opinion after this visit, I discovered Firestone had lied -- there was nothing wrong with my tie rods, according to both a mechanic AND the owner of that shop, who BOTH looked at my tie rods just to be sure. I am totally appalled by this experience. As a female, I feel extremely taken advantage of. I feel like the staff at this location tried to deceive me and scam me out of a lot of money. The fact that it was the holidays only makes it worse. I won't be back. If you bring your car to this Firestone location and are advised that you need any expensive repairs, I highly recommend seeking a second opinion before agreeing to anything."

"The owner/manager, Jason, is very knowledgeable! I went in for info on a level/lift kit on my truck and he took the time to explain every which way it was possible and the best route to take for me. They are patient and do excellent work! Highly recommend!"
