"I gave you two stars to be nice. I have lived here for 12 years and over the last couple of years things have been going down hill. I called about loud TV in the apartment next door and all I got was the woman in the office defended them and the solution for me not to use my living room anymore. You need to get someone in the office that cares about ALL the residents."
"I've lived here for quite sometime now. Within the last 2 months I've had bees, yes bees in my apt. They came out to check and can't find out how! I've asked for an exterminator but all I get is the run around!!!"
"I understand that in Building A the intercom system from the lobby is not working to be able to call up to an apartment to be buzzed in. The system has not worked for approximately a year! My niece called the office and was given the run around about whose responsibility it is to fix the problem. My sister just got out of the hospital and needs home physical therapy. How is the person going to get into the building without a working intercom systems? When my elderly mother lived there 20 years ago the system not only worked but if you had your TV on, you could see the visitor from the lobby. I would like an e-mail response as I understand this building is operated by by Clinton Twp."
