"This place is terrible to live! The staff is rude and nasty very disrespectful, I have been hung up on a few times calling the office. I have had multiple conversations with staff members who were rude with their responses, or didn't respond at all. Very rude unprofessional remarks made as well residents dogs who live in the building using the bathroom any and everywhere without cleaning up after their pets, Nothing being done about it. Loud cars, conversations and excessive noise all hours of the night! I would Not recommend this place at all and the prices are extremely high with little to no amenities included. Very unprofessional office environment, and living environment, would not recommend!"
"⚠️⚠️Warning, this is for anyone that thinks about leasing. At this place, they are incompetent. Willing to offer you everything and not do anything. So please do not rent here for your own good. Please look at the Google reviews before leasing here. And you'll see what I'm talking about. They're paying people off just to write good reviews, so pay attention to what you read. They're also charging you extra, not including the rent trash and water. No other apartment does that."
"I turn two request in for maintenance and they did a very fast service. And the job was done very good. Is there a six star Nice job with the open house too! Five star, for trying so hard. The new owners took over and you can see improvements. Are saying that by summer end there'll be a lot more improvements. I'm pleased with what's happening right now. My rent went up. I'm staying with the basics. I looked around and the value here is pretty much the same everywhere. It's been a nice place all this time Jackie and the staff are doing a fabulous job. They do try to make you feel comfortable. The maintenance staff is very good. The ladies in the office are very helpful."
"The staff treat my family and I with respect, care and support. We only been three months and if anyone need them they respond fast. When we move in the our unit the presentation was very great. They really care about there residents. I would recommend anyone to move in the park on canal."
