"Great place to live and build a life and family."
"Communication is the worst I've ever experienced. It took 3 months for my application to get denied just because my previous tax returns didn't show enough income. That's only the case because I put 90% of my income to a 401k which doesn't show up on tax returns because it's only taxed when you take that money out. They weren't willing to work with me unless I spent another $100 to apply again! Throughout the whole situation I had to call many times and leave multiple voicemails. Not a single time did I get a call back. I will say the community looks nice but don't expect to hear back from them anytime soon if you apply."
"Very nice community to live in. Management is A-1 professional. Always visitor parking spots available. Amenities are great here at James Towne Co-Ops!"
