"If you are a person of color don't move here. They let our white neighbors harass me and my child without doing anything because our landlord was friends with them. hallways smell like cat piss. people smoke cigarettes in the hallway. neighbors fight outside at 3am. landlord barley picks up the phone and corporate is just as rude."
"I've lived here for 7 years. I recently had extensive mold in my bedroom. They told me to clean it up so the can paint it. I told them they need to open up the walls and fix. They did not block off areas of mold working areas and mold spores are now all over. Did not have the mold removed by a licensed mold company. They are now taking me to court due to me not paying my rent because of there issues with the mold.. This place is poorly ran by all who work here, especially Sue who is the main director of operations.. I would highly suggest not living here!!!"
"They do a great job running this place, maintenance guy Rodger is very helpful and a cool guy and the front office is very friendly and helpful, you can tell they actually want to keep this place nice and it shows. One of few apartment complexes Ive stayed where they keep things in order and enforce the rules."
"They actually do a really good job of keeping up on everything, the pool was not nasty it was well maintained and they actually enforce rules, they deserve 5 stars easily."
"Worst complex ever. They allow anyone to rent & don't care how much noise people make. The psrson upstairs from me would not control their kids & they were literally bouncing off furniture on the ceiling. And blasting their stereo constantly. They will let anyone rent here. Doors are flimsy & anyone can get. In or break in. The pool is unsanitary. Beware!"
