The Arbors Apartments

"Poorly Managed, parking lot full of pot holes(For years). I’ve been here for years the hallway carpet & paint is old and filthy. Despite the increase of rent the complex put $0 towards upgrading the property, exterior outdated compared to other complexes in the area. RATS AND SKUNKS throughout the garbage cans(especially the summer) because they’re usually over filled. Multiple car thefts and break ins for years (including mines) and they still won’t hire security. Most of the main entrance doors are cheap and often broken. Hallways rails falling apart and cheap. NEED CAMERAS IN BUILDINGS! LEASING OFFICE ABUSE AUTHORITY. As a 68 year old man the stress this building cause is bad for my health, I will be moving soon and IF YOU THINK IM LYING GO AROUND AND ASK ANY RESIDENT THROUGH OUT THE PROPERTY! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD !"

"AWFUL PLACE TO LIVE, will not recommend will caution to AVOID. Where to begin, nothing in the apartment is fixed prior to move in- hair beads, curly hair embedded into the paint, vents so caked with gunk for years and only Spray painted over and over with, black mold in bathroom, leaking faucet for 6 months “fixed then to break right after destroying all belongings under “fixed sink” -hood vent from oven falling and ruining Easter dinner for your family due to having ONE screw in entire holding. Ac not working well until June apartment being 80+ degrees from March forward until fixed. Being 7 months pregnant and then to having a newborn infant and toddler in said weather of apartment. Maintence UNLOCKING DOOR, OPENING apartment door, THEN KNOCKING WHEN ALREADY INSIDE. Unacceptable, proof on RING CAMERA set inside living room. Laundry room always broken, maybe lucky to get 1 washer to find after paying the dryer did not dry. The list continues on and on, the management in this place is non existent and beyond rude for absolutely no reason. This place deserves to be tore down."

"I moved in October, Lynette was extremely helpful. I had a slight issue with the drain in the bathtub, it was resolved the same day I called. I like the ability to pay rent online, makes it easy with my schedule."

"Recently moved in and I love my new apartment. The office was very helpful with guiding me through everything I needed to do before move in. I am really excited to have my own carport for a small fee. My old complex did not have them and i dont like clearing snow off of my car. I would definitely recommend this property. Everything was smooth start to finish and my apartment is really nice."
