"For sure do not live here, live literally anywhere else. Went without AC for the entire summer which resulted in 85 degree+ apartment and $400+ electricity bill. Super nice but extremely slow maintenance. Also will raise your rent each year by at least $80 with no changes to the apartment. Bugs are literally everywhere. For my last bill, I asked exactly how much to pay and then paid it. Only to be then told that a claim was filed against me because I was allegedly short, even though I paid the exact amount they told me I needed to pay for my last bill, terrible company, terrible place to live."

"Its just a shame, I lived over here almost for 2 years with no problem and pay rent on time. Now they came with this $80+ water bill which they can not tell me how much water I am using. Thats their hidden bin to increase rent as much as they want and do not even clear snow properly. Stay away if you want to keep your deposit or do not want hidden increase in rent."

"My partner and I have just renewed our lease for the second year! These apartments are in a great location, and the staff is wonderful! Jasmine helped us get into our apartment initially and she just helped us renew our lease! Anytime I have a question, I ask Jasmine and she is so incredibly happy to help! I never feel like a bother! They have done wonderful renovations to the apartments in the year we have been here, like new windows! It only helped our utility bills, so thank you! Great place to live!"

"FYI for everyone who is looking to live here. DONT! maintenance is horrible. Rent is way over priced for what you get. Not to mention everyone I know that lives here hates it. Especially in the winter time. The snow crew has no idea how to plow snow. They block cars in and show up days late, even though it’s the apartment crew that plows."

"This place is trash. Avoid at all cost. I lived here for almost 4 years. Way overpriced. Extremely old cheap inefficient appliances, here you’ll find AC and washer from the 80s. Get ready for $400+ electricity bill in the summer. And they refuse to replace anything until it’s completely broken. Water is $70 which is insane. There are a lot of potholes in the community and their solution is to cover it with thin black paint, so you don’t see it anymore. What a joke. They charge you $125 for move out inspection, which is their maintenance guy come to your apartment for 2 minutes finding things they can charge you. So many fees in your bill every month and every time there is issue they will just say that’s normal. The office manager Maria or something, never return your call, doesn’t give a sh1t about tenants here. Rochester Hills is a great town, I highly suggest you spend some time to find another place other than this sh1thole, and you will find better ones."
