I am relocating to Michigan and moving in to Legacy in the next couple months and getting married, changing jobs and a lot more going on! Jennifer was incredibly helpful and always so timely to make the application and leasing process smooth and took so much stress off of me. Jennifer worked with me over email to ensure that I was able to see floor plans and photos and she answered all my questions to make me feel comfortable and excited to sign a lease across the country. "I have moved into Legacy at Rochester Hills apartments approximately 3 months ago and I must tell you that my overall experience right from Apartment viewing to signing a lease was very very smooth, many thanks to the best Property Manager Jennifer Jursek. She has been wonderful and explained every details about the fees and community rules. Considering the location and its less than a mile proximity from the Innovation park, you can’t ask for more.Apartment complex is top notch and I hope it stays that way for many more years. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Legacy Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response, their maintenance team is very friendly and prompt. I intend to continue renting from Legacy for the remainder of my years in Rochester, and I strongly recommend their properties to all folks looking for rentals. In some ways, your property management company (also the property manager) can make or break your living experience and with Legacy, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier! "I am not one to usually write a review, but I have to say, my experience at Legacy has been top-notch and worth letting others, who are considering a move, know how great this place is. Moving into new construction sometimes brings challenges. For example, a new property has to rely on inspections, contractors, etc. Legacy handles everything professionally and, Jennifer, in the leasing office, is absolutely amazing. She is always on her game and willing to help however she can. I love this property - everything is new, close to great shopping and, if you have any maintenance issues, you are in good hands. The maintenance crew is very attentive and helpful. I am hopeful that the clubhouse and pool areas will be completed on time so that our little community will have a place to further connect. Lastly, I appreciate all of the little things that management and staff has done to make my experience a good one. None of the little things have gone unnoticed. For anyone considering this place, check it out, you won't be disappointed. And take a walk over to Innovation Park next door - a lovely little community gem right in your backyard."

"I have had an amazing experience living at Legacy Rochester Hills so far! The apartment complex is top-notch. Jennifer, the leasing manager, is fantastic. She's incredibly helpful, attentive, and made the entire leasing process a breeze. Her dedication to ensuring residents are happy truly sets this place apart. She is always one email/call away and always puts the residents needs as the top priority. Lastly their maintenance including Tom and Roberto are incredible and are very quick to respond. Highly recommend!"

Jennifer was so very thorough about every detail and addressed any questions or concerns that we had. We could tell the community was a great one because as we were walking around, even the maintenance team stopped to introduce themselves and say hello. Overall a great experience & highly recommend!"
