"The home is beautiful. I liked the home and the location very much. I made the error of signing a longer lease than I should and it cost me dearly to break it and there was no grace whatsoever so be cautious and don't do what I did. Expensive mistake on my part. I cannot say that the management is top tier as one review stated. I had several issues while a Tennant. The worst was a weekend of fire alarms going off every 5-7 minutes and no reason for it. Maintenance said it wasn't an "emergency". Have you ever tried to live in a home with 13 detectors chirping at the same time? Do you know how a dog reacts to that? I literally was in the car in the driveway with the car running because my dog was so afraid and it was cold out. The property manager often treated residents as if we were living is government housing and not like those paying $4,000 a month for rent. I took that as young and inexperienced and hopefully they will grow into the job for those living there. That was the common viewpoint from my neighbors as well. We didn't have mailboxes for the first several months and we weren't told when we signed the lease and we had no clue until we asked. We would need to go to the postal center to get our mail and so that was not a good scenario either. I loved the wildlife and the home itself was beautiful. Overall the experience was a C because of the management and the fact that they didn't care about why I was moving...they just wanted their money. It's a business for them and so I paid the money and moved! Loved the house but I'm glad I'm not there."
