"We moved in over the weekend and it has been a good experience so far. There were issues with our toilet upon move in and maintenance already fixed the issue. He was very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean upon move in and the process of getting the keys was easy. Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly."

"I used to love living in this apartment complex when it was a quiet, peaceful, and safe community. However, the recent transition into an AIRBNB FARM has completely changed the atmosphere. The constant turnover of short-term renters has introduced noise and chaos, making it impossible to enjoy the tranquility that once defined this place. Now, not only is the atmosphere disruptive, but the lack of a stable community makes it impossible to feel secure. Additionally, with new faces constantly coming and going, it’s a challenge to trust who’s around, leaving me hesitant to even send Amazon packages. The atmosphere is no longer that of a residential community, but more of a hotel. If you’re seeking a genuine sense of belonging and a stable living environment, look elsewhere."

"I seriously don’t know where to begin! I’ve been beyond patient w the newer LR management! I’ve lived here 6 years but ever since the new owners it has been nothing but stressful! Huge Increases in rents - with theft, dirty, chain smokers - allowed in an Non smoke community ) dogs, dumpster divers, mail and deliveries opened, flooded sidewalks that become ice rinks.. good luck on the long & dark walk to your car! Bring your wits, ice skates and waders! I’ve had 3 notices of demand for non- payment w late fees and I’ve NEVER been late on a single payment! Contractor Maintenance entered at 7pm w “Keys” unlawfully into my apartment asking looking for somewhere to crash! I was very scared and LR management didn’t respond to my call, so called the Oakland county sheriff! The smokers just chain smoke all day and night where I was told “ tenant rights- even though it’s A NON smoking community! I’m literally feeling ill, and my health is being compromised! Moreover, my personal storage locker w broken into and all my sentimental Christmas items were stolen, to never to be replaced! I am very patient and delayed writing any reviews, but out of frustration, here you are!"

"I was very impressed with the personal attention I was given regarding the installation of a new air conditioning unit. While waiting for the new unit to be delivered and installed they provided me with a portable air conditioning unit and a box fan to keep me comfortable. They keep me in the loop with every step of the process and follow up."

"My 16 year old daughter and I moved in 38 days ago. Only 38 days. I have had an eviction notice to an error in their ledger. On the very first day when showing my apartment I was told I would always have to lock the door because it can be pushed open. And from day 1 issues with all the locks to which I told them. Some issues with the building lock and with the lock to our door to which I was told call the emergency maintenance number they will help me. That’s great if I’m the one with the issue what if it’s my underage daughter? Well the issue my daughter was having with the lock continues. I called them and told them at first I thought it was the door but I did call back and say maybe it was the key. I was told she would put a work order in and come to the office for a new key. I went to the office and she had 2 keys to the building. This was not the key with a problem. In the mean while maintenance was there before I got home and looked at it. So now I’m noticing that my door for my apartment will not stay closed. You can pull it all the way but it opens back up. So this is an issue because it effects the other problems and calling maintenance is not always an option since my daughter would not be comfortable and I’m pretty sure it’s illegal. So I do call the emergency maintenance. And he is unprofessional and rude. I am telling the story in detail he is telling me to shut up and let him talk and saying I’m repeating myself but cannot repeat back to me anything I said or understands what I’m saying but I need to shout up. I hang up since this is clearly not going anywhere and I’m not being talked to like this. A girl from the office calls and he’s in the background talking everything I say. I hear her say something rude and still both of them still do not understand anything I’m saying. I hang up. I am busy and not spending any time with nonsense. This is ridiculous. Now we have to start here for 11 and a half more months. Will this place be nice to live??? I’m not sure it can be now."
