"I’ve been living here for 3 years and I got a good place to stay… I’m so thankful to Rebecca that when I’m first move in this place especially is Covid-19’s at that time….but I will make it short story .. Rebecca the manager… I’m so grateful and thankful for giving me this apartment, very clean, new carpet. new paint wall, all appliances clean, new air condition when I first move in my unit.. Janet and the maintenance are great. They working hard everyday to keep the building clean and safe… thank you guys… To Rebecca(Property Manager) thanks for being kind and helpful for us..your awesome.. God bless.."

"The staff is good and very responsive to needs. I had to downgrade from 4 stars to three. I’ve lived here 4 years. I really enjoy living here. I love my apartment and my view. The rent is very affordable. Most of the residents who have been here are nice. But lately the people moving in seem like they just don’t really care about others. They’re rude and gossipy and seriously do you need management to tell you to shut off you blaring balcony lights and take your party inside at 2 am? What’s happened to manners?"

"A friend of mine had a heart attack about 3 weeks ago his apartment is on the second floor.wjen he returned from Hospital .there was no way family could go see him or take food or meds because .the intercom to get buzzed in is broke for his apartment and others..the owners of complex refuse to fix it This is a serious code violation.the only ones that can get in or out is if you use your key or get buzzed in .lf you can't walk you can't get to door to open.the city inspector needs to get over there before some elderly people get hurt and can't get out .my friends name or Apartment no is not on the intercom to even get buzzed in. This is in Southgate on Allen Rd. Please help city lnspector .the apartment managers don't seem to care"

"The manager of this place (Rebecca) runs it likes she’s a dictator with her favorites. She makes rules up as she goes. She enforces the rules she makes up toward the people of her choosing. It’s sad to see the way she mistreats the tenants. The place is filthy. She treats staff horrible. No one can make complaints unless you are a favorite if you do then consequences could and most likely will follow. She threatens the elderly consistently with eviction. I have tried to reach out to the property owners but they only call her the manager and the person calling over head just gets chastised for the call. There is no where to turn and most people just end up moving. No one feels safe."
