"If i could give it zero stars i would. This place looks nice and the office management seems nice but once you sign that lease it becomes a different story. The lack of attention to work orders, tenant complaints, complaints on staff is outrageous. The management does not care what you do because they are only responsible for the property not you or your neighbors. You cant party 24/7 they dont mind. If you have a work order. Good Luck. It will be months to figure out whats wrong and months to fix it because your work order will get lost in translation due to the over turning of employees. They do random apartment checks " per state/ city requests" i am currently stuck in a lease and if i had the option i would leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible management makes this community ruins the feeling of being home. Never again. If you work from home. Huh not the place to live. Walls are super thin."
"My experience with The Reserve Apts in Southgate has been great! The office staff was so welcoming and helpful with making my application process smooth as possible. I am so excited to call this place my new home! The property is beautiful and the townhomes are exceptional! Don’t hesitate to stop by and apply you won’t regret it."
"First night moved in I actually feel very refreshed. Lucky to get quiet neighbors who seem to work in the same field so they understand the need for a good sleeping environment. I am most excited about the tap water actually tasting normal and not dirty compared to my previous rental, and ofcourse the in-unit laundry is a huge plus!"
"Thus far, my experience has been great. Julius was able to show me the exact unit, rather than an "example unit" like most places offer. I had necessary expectations, such as immediate occupancy, first floor, etc. Not only did Julius have a opening that met my needs, but he was able to make it happen within a couple of days. I love my new place. Thanks, everyone there!"
"I gave 4 stars because I haven’t lived here for long yet , I’ve been living here for going on my second month, and so far so good the staff Sheila ,Jason and Julius are great staff. they helped me with everything I needed to move in with good communication and made me feel very welcome ! nothing but good vibes and very family oriented with them 3, the only issue I had was with one staff member name Sam. She weren’t like the other 3 staff at all she’s more like snotty when you ask her questions and sarcasm."
