"Most getto apartments, Nothing but trash lives here.. I understand it’s a low income section 8 building but you don’t have to be trash.. If you are on section 8, do not come here, you will be so miserable.. The apartments are very cute, But when the office close, these people act like straight animals.. I do not recommend anybody to live here"

"Kevin Jefferey is very disrespectful and rude. Management harrasses people here, they pick and choose whom they target and try to get out the complex. Kevin goes through the tenants trash to try to put dirt out on people. It is a lot of attitude, management is bullies and threats to people they don't want out in the Walnut Creek apartments and it is the worst place to live because management make you feel unsafe where you sleep. Women have complain of being harassed by Kevin. I will never recommend anyone to live at Walnut Creek apartments."
"Since Kevin came back in September of 21 these apartments have never looked so kept up. He makes sure that Maintenance gets everything done in a timely matter."
