"Very, very, friendly nice staff. From the moment I walked in the front desk was welcoming, and answered all my questions. I drove through and it’s very well kept w a playground. Plus Woodhaven Schools! Shopping close by. They also don’t have weight restrictions on dogs. That’s a must for me because I’ll never part w my animals. They are family to me. Yes it’s a wait but once you’re up you’ll be glad you waited!"

"One of my daughters live here and when I came to visit, I was so impressed! Kudos to the front office staff, groundskeepers and neighbors who show pride in where they live and work. The young lady in the front office was so helpful when I called to get info on the local community, schools, shopping, etc. My only suggestions I have if they renovate is to add balconies and patios as a secondary fire escape, not good having just one entrance. Secondly the apt layouts are adorable but the upstairs apt over downstairs is not conducive to families with kids or anyone living on the lower level because the floors were not made with sound proof insulation. Plus a town house with the bedrooms upstairs would be so cool and allow more room."
