"This is one of the wo okay I literally asked twice now for my sheets to be changed and made.. every time I come back to my room the only thing that is different is that they change the garbage under the sink No new towels no new sheets anything How long do they expect people to stay in their rooms without clean linens?? Two weeks? I'm disgusted by this place and the service I've received.. especially the girl who works the desk at night tall skinny black girl very rude and disrespectful and the one lady that works during the day short chunky with tattoos extremely annoyed anytime you speak or ask for something What a trashy place to stay.worst hotels I've ever stayed at.."

"Rooms are typically nice, staff usually on point, as well as nice area for the most part. Unfortunately they are not able to break $4.00 for their own washing machine ( doesn't except cards by the way ). So you will have to just bring 16 quarters with you when traveling. At least that's what I have to assume when I go to ask them if I can get change for $4 and they repeatedly say no they don't do that"

"My girlfriend and I were traveling home to see her family for Christmas Holiday with our 2 small dogs. The hotel is dog friendly which is great, however, after they licked the mold from the shower door in the bathroom, both of them had upset stomachs for the 2nd half of our stay. On the first night, there were ants on and in the bed which I had to quickly remove before my girlfriend, who is extremely afraid of bugs in the bed, saw them. I also noticed that some of the light fixtures weren't working and by the 4th day I decided to count how many bulbs were out to mention it to the staff until I noticed that our non-smoking room had NO SMOKE DETECTOR which MUST be a safety and fire hazard. I understand that a cheap hotel might have a bug or two, and maybe a few lights out. However, when there is mold found in the bathroom around the shower door which made our dogs sick as well as on the ceiling along with the lack of a smoke detector alone should be enough for a full or partial refund. If I could have convinced her to sleep in the car for free instead, we would have."

"Very outdated rooms, carpet was torn up and dirty.. it's weird having to make sure that you wear shoes at all times in your own hotel room.. pretty disappointed in that sense.. also the pool was slimy, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in some time.. Breakfast was decent, more basic I guess ."
