Waters Edge Apartments

"Would rate it 0 if I could, why would you guys have someone on a list for years then when an apartment finally opens up you give them an estimate then say the background check makes you ineligible. Why not run that background check before the 3 years of being on the waiting list, these apartments are horrible the owners are horrible and honestly wouldn't suggest since they wanna put out on a 3 year wait just to tell them no, horrible management."

"Lived here for over 10+ years, with that being said Renee and Dave are the best team this complex has ever had! They both work so hard to ensure the residents can live in a safe, clean and peaceful environment. I also love how involved they are with the community and provide friendly gatherings for the kids. 10/10 recommended!"

I feel the best asset in this community would be the managements ability to bring our friends and neighbors together to strive for peace and comfort within our complex. Keeping our grounds safe and beautiful would be the efforts of our loyal maintenance man as well as our apartments and hall ways. The way this community comes together for our children during specials times of the year is undoubtedly a beautiful thing to watch and experience. Overall I am very grateful for the opportunity to live here and blessed with awesome neighbors and wonderful management."

"The Manager And Maintainance Are right on top of things. Whenever I have had an issue with my apartment, i can call or email the office & within a few minutes, maintainance calls me right back. The staff is friendly, hardworking and very eager to help if there is a situation that needs tending. Thank you to Renee and David for all of your fine work and dedication to your residence."
